What are the rail systems gives you a cardholder pocket Ikea when you buy a ticket?

I am doing a report on advertising metros and I remember someone showing the class a card packet IKEA they have when they bought their cards. Can anyone tell me what country this is and maybe give some extra info.

I have one I got to London while obtaining a pass for the tube to Heathrow. I am not sure if it was only a single station or whether the whole system, but it was in a bright yellow bi flexible vinyl jacket on both the size of a credit card. Hope this helps!
