Perhaps handmade silver oval room with Angel above?

I had this piece gives me which is shaped pieces oval with an angel on it facing left with his hands locked together. He seems to have been handmade, not factory made. On the back, it is smooth, except for holes 2, and very very small writing which reads v + k I have no camera, but I can not describe. He is as tall as one of us quarter, but the walls are shorter and it is oval.

By the way you describe your room, because the ovals and handmade, it makes me think it may be what is called an elongated who are hand-made special machines to handle, but without more information I can not be sure.
