I noticed that the center of my vision for plastic rectangular frame is smaller than my metal oval?

both settings are about the same B or vertical position but it seems that the metal frame oval, though smaller diameter wise to 49 mm from to plastic rectangular 52 mm, has a great vision center …. it is very blurry when I look up and down Eye Center of the rectangular frame, but it is not radical in oval frame …. the lens oval 160 index is high and the rectangular frame is 167 high index …. I try to understand why the center vision is much more important in the oval that the rectangle, the rectangle and why is so blurred at the edges … btw, these rectangular frames are European so it has a horizontal form on the very top part of the difference in plastic frames that have a typical curve of my prescription is: the right eye sphere of -6.50, -3.25 cylinder axis 013 and left eye was -7.00 sphere, -2.75 cylinder and axis 165 that is why I opted for the 167 … the lens 160 does not contribute to the thickness in the smallest metal
