Foster parents may get rid of clothes to the children?

My children are in foster care. We gave them all a little clothing for our children. Some of them they got for Christmas and my daughter got new clothes for her birthday in February. The fostermom told me she showed up all the clothes. Then I asked him over a month for clothes back. I give one of my friends Kid because they can not afford clothes. I asked him again today and she said she gave them while at church. I asked for clothes for my son, I want to keep their clothes for the first year when they have children, She got rid of her too. My question is: Are they allowed to get rid of my kids clothes without my permission? I do not know much about the parents home, but any kind of advice about what they do would be nice.

Please ask the officer CPS case of your question. Also, please let the worker know, and the foster parent, know that now, any and all clothing that your children grow up, immediately back to you, you give your friend, etc. You paid for the clothes, it's your decision about where the clothes are too big should go.
