How can you reduce your power glasses naturally?

My power for my glasses is -1.5 in both eyes and I want to reduce it. Someone help me?

You could you try to wear glasses as little as possible, as some say the glasses makes you get used to them and your vision to worsen, I do not know if this is true, however, or some natural vision therapy. Look it up on Google.
