how to order online with prescription glasses and contact?

Hello, I have a contact order on the box and I wanted to in order Online glasses with the same prescription as my contacts. I also have astigmatism. on the box reads: REP -0.25 BC 8.9 DIA CYL -1.00 14.5 Axis 090 on the online application: SPH-OD, OD-CYL OD-AXIS, OD-add and also for the operating system of each. my eyes are the same and I need help to fill them in.
