Why the windows get a flower design in winter when they freeze up?

They like a drawing of spectacular flowers on them. I can not understand why I thought it might be ice crystals or something could it be?

It is ice crystals. They gradually formed when moisture in the air condenses on the cold glass. In Estonia they call it a jelly "pink".
