What would you do if your child threw a fit over the birthday gifts?

We were at a party today and the little 6 year old boy celebrating his birthday, launched a fit when he opened his presents and was dissatisfied with what he received. He then said it was his worst birthday. What would you do if your child threw a fit in front of people on the gifts they received and said that?

First I want to make sure that my child had a good nap before a game starts, but if this happened to me, I would this and give the people who brought them and send in every household, then I would take the cake, throw in the garbage and clean the place. I would like to send my child to his room for a pause and then enter his room and talk with him about this, this is unacceptable and I would never give him a party with friends until he was old enough to appreciate what we do.
