How to reintegrate into the spectacle lens Lens Frame?

My right lens popped out of my glasses frame and the screw (I been able to find the screws). Anyway I am having a hard time trying to reinsert the lens. I can not align the lens correctly with the edges of the frame. the glass is thick, I guess because I have Astigmastism.

Over there should be a string around the outer edge lens, which should fit the groove around the inside edge of the frame, the allignment is a little tricky because the frame is a kind of elastic thread and continues to display normally except when trying to get the lens back in. Maybe try to put something like a needle through the two screw holes to show at about 1 / 2 inch on each side, then take both an elastic and wrap it around between several the pin and the frame to help hold the frame pieces together, but allow it to force open a little as you corner of the lens in place. Now slide the lens and work your way around the edge and get the groove aligned around. Once it is in the right position, the metal two things that will screw must be fairly close together. At this stage, securely hold the frame around the lens, pull the pin and remove the rubber band (if it does not fly off its own) get the screw into the small hole and put up before the mess is undone again.
