How can I reduce my eyeglasses number?

What can I do also reduce my eyeglasses number. My prescriptioin because my eyes are so high and I have to wear thick glasses. What can I do to lower my numbers look?

I do not know what your situation is unfortunately all the money option cost. You can get higher index glasses. They can give you the same correction, but are much thinner. If you get smaller images, which will also reduce the thickness. Contact lenses are an option. Laser surgery has come a long way and the two CustomVue Visx S4 and Allegretto will correct the average person than 20/20 vision. It is the most expensive option, however.
