How do I know if my prescription glasses is fair?

I just received my first set of glasses. I got them because my vision far is unclear, but it is still very good. When I look out the left or right lens only with the other eye closed everything is great. However, when I'm looking with both eyes normally, things seem just a little further. I do not really know how else to describe it. Is this normal? My eyes need to adjust to new glasses?

Try wearing them for a few days before you go broke into the office of your eye doctor. If this is your first set of glasses, it may take up to a week or two to get fully used to carry them. Try to pay as much as you can for at least a week. If you notice little or no improvement, then call your eye doctor and explain what happens. But if you've never worn glasses before, there is certainly an adjustment period for sure, and it may take more time for this reason.
