Case Signature

Auto Dealer forged the notary signature twice and sold me a car I am not satisfied. I have a case?

I bought a car there about 1 month at a dealership cars. I did not notice at the time, but the distributor has forged notary signature and stamp duty (once on the title once in another document). I was wondering if I have a strong case or not. The signatures are obviously different and no one else was present during the process. I am not happy with the car and I was wondering what to do in terms of action legal and if I have a strong case. Thank you
