Mortgage in foreclosure sold to new lender to 8/11/09. Rcvd notice and "welcome" the new lender. Submitted for loan mod with them 8/31/09 by the non-profit. 9/18/09 Rcvd letter Trustee Sale 10/07/09 by lending officer before. How to stop the unauthorized sale, attorney?

The sale is not allowed. Homes in the middle of a process of foreclosure are sold to new investors while time. If they have not already, they will file papers with the court to change the name of the applicant, but it will not stall the proceedings.
